Knob-Handle Sanitary Tri-Clamp Endcaps (Size 1/2˝ to 6˝)

Eagle Stainless now offers fully machined solid endcaps with easy-lift stainless knobs and standard interior finish of 12 Ra or better. Applications with certain materials at increased or decreased temperatures can inhibit easy removal of endcaps from the tri-clamp seal. The fully machined endcap with knob allows for easier removal without having to pry off caps with sharp instruments that could threaten the integrity of the tri-clamp seal. Assists in preventing contamination and increases safety.

Endcaps are an indispensable part of any container system with sanitary tri-clamp fittings. Eagle produces sanitary tri-clamp endcaps with an electropolished finish of 12 Ra or better, conducive to forming a perfect seal.

Machined Cap Assemblies

Cap assemblies machined from solid bar stainless steel offer more consistent dimensional and surface quality and a solid, compact profile. Individually machined to specification, these cap assemblies are stronger, safer, and less expensive than complicated assemblies of parts or custom-fabricated lids with fittings welded in place.

Any combination of fittings can be permanently welded to our caps, from hose barbs to valves to diptubes, sanitary tri-clamp thermowells, or even sightglasses. Precisely dimensioned and assembled diptubes are able to fully empty bottle contents. Special welding techniques prevent heat distortion of caps, so that they remain flat and do not compromise the seal. Eagle also has the unique capability of polishing the inside and outside of each weld. This makes all of our custom cap assemblies strong as well as sanitary.
