Coated, Stainless Steel Endcap Racks
In manufacturing sanitary tri-clamp endcaps to such stringent standards, Eagle has found that managing batches of them without marring the sanitary finish becomes difficult. Our customers echo this finding, noting that storage and cleaning in particular require significant handling time and physical space. Just a few caps can be carried or cleaned at a time, and setting them down to protect the finish causes dust, debris, cleaning fluid, etc. to accumulate in the gasket groove. Eagle is now manufacturing patent-pending endcap racks.
Manufactured from stainless steel and coated with an autoclavable polymer, these racks hold 12-15 caps at a time throughout processing. The racks can be immersed in most cleaning solutions and will allow fluids to drain completely from all cap surfaces. They stack securely for convenient endcap storage. The racks can be labeled with custom-engraved stainless steel nameplates for identification and tracking, and are available in optional custom coatings.
Racks are available in two sizes. “Small” holds fifteen 1˝–2˝ sized endcaps and “large” holds twelve 3˝–4˝ sized endcaps. Both our standard endcaps and our patented knobbed endcaps fit easily and securely into the racks.
