BTB Series - Biological Testing Bottles

An assortment of BTB Biological Testing Bottles bottles are available. The Biological Testing bottles have a large tri-clamp opening for easier cleaning, validation, and access to bottle contents, and allow for sanitary, air/water-tight seal. Ideal for storage, biological transport and transfer, or mixing of liquids, solids, and powders. BTB Series bottles are fitted with tri-clamp opening ranging in size from 2˝ for 0.5L, 3˝ for 1L, and 4˝ for sizes 2L, 5L, 10L, and 20L. Constructed from 316L stainless steel with standard 12 Ra or better interior/exterior, seamless/polished welds, and 18 gauge side and bottom wall thickness (.05˝/1.2mm). Options include electropolish to 12 Ra surface finish, fill/vent/ diptubes on cap, tri-clamp fittings welded to side, bottom or shoulder, sightglass, sanitary sample ports, and thermowell. Optional gasket materials include EPDM, Viton®, Teflon®, and BUNA-N.
