Innovation by design

Eagle uses machining whenever possible to minimize the number of welds required. Where welds are required, they are machined, ground and polished to a seamless finish. Proprietary metal-forming techniques are utilized to make the welds seem extruded– as if they flow from base metal. The purpose behind these innovative techniques is to create unrivalled container integrity and to produce impeccable pharmaceuticalgrade sanitary surfaces.

We begin each challenge by designing the shape to match the precise needs of our customers. Often our extensive inventory of standard products contains an off-the-shelf design that meets these exact requirements. Where additional features, custom fittings, or other criteria are required, we produce CAD drawings in our engineering department for client approval. Often our ability to modify an existing design results in accelerated delivery times.

We have a fully equipped machine shop incorporating CNC milling machines, lathes, and custom-made machinery for polishing. Our fully automated orbital welding equipment guarantees continuity and consistency on every weld. We electropolish in-house and employ YAG lasers to engrave in-house resulting in higher quality and faster turnaround times.

Quality by design

Eagle is ISO 9001:2000 certified. We provide mill certifications for our steel. We certify our welding, our electropolishing, and our engraving upon request.

We utilize coordinate measuring machines, three-dimensional scanners, and helium leak testing equipment to assure our clients of the precision and quality of the items we produce.
