Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning: all machined parts & bottles are put through our ultrasonic cleaner with two baths of specially formulated detergents. This process cuts all residue of oil and coolant, then it goes through a cascading rinse of DI water before it passes through the final step of drying chamber at 150 degree C.
