ANSI Flange
Custom Seed-hopper made from 12 gauge T316L stainless and 12 Ra surface finish. Connected by two 4” TC fittings, vessel also has 1/2” FNPT inlet on the top-right side, and ANSI 150 flange connection at bottom of hopper.

Dome-Tops
Dome-top CTL Series, lock-lever squeezing ring container with dish-bottom and skirt. Dome lid has both a 2” and a 3/4” tri-clamp fitting and container has solid bar sanitary handles.

Custom Vessels
Custom vessel with 8” tri-clamp seal. Made from 10 gauge, T316L stainless with 12 Ra electropolished surface finish, it was designed as a mixing vessel used in a high-speed, agitator mechanism.

CTH Series Cone-Bottom Container with clip-down cover with gasket for air/ watertight seal. Container has four legs with braces, phenolic wheels, and stainless casters. Legs welded and polished high onto container’s sides for stable mobility. Viatec flush valve clamped onto cone’s TC connection for drainage.

BTB-27 Bottle Modified fabricated with a slant-bottom and designed to be used as a retention tank fitting onto a large distillation process system. Bottle has a fill, vent, diptube cap-assembly, shoulder fittings for sightglass and detachable tanks illuminating device, mounting bracket for easy attachment onto processing system, tri-clamp fitting on side for a thermocouple, and a threaded/Swagelok^® bottom-discharge fitting.

Dish-Bottom Container
Dish-bottom Container set inside custom stand with forklift channels. Viatec sanitary flush value is clamped onto dish-bottom tri-clamp connection for container drainage. Mixer mounting plate and lid with handles are also features of this vessel.

Dome-Top Bioreactor
Dome-top Bioreactor with heavy-duty flange with high-pressure wingnut closure. Dome-fittings welded at an angle for optimal mixing. Ingold fittings on container side also welded at an angle and seamless. ASEPCO zero dead leg ball-valve welded onto container’s dished bottom for drainage.

Dome-Top, Dish-Bottom Bioreactor with heavy-duty flange and wing nut closure. Dome-top has 2” TC fittings welded straight up and large 6” TC fitting for product entry. Container has 4 legs with braces, phenolic nonmarking wheels, and stainless casters.

Custom BTB Series
Custom BTB Series Bottle constructed from extra-thick, 14 gauge, T316L stainless with a 6” Tri-clamp opening and 3/4” stainless tubing cap assembly bent at 90 degrees with 3/4” TC end. Body modifications include a chime-handle welded onto shoulders for fittingsprotection and easier handling. Bottom skirt has grip- holes for easier lifting and handling. Skirt also provides maximum bottle stability in the upright standing position.
