Small Parts: Eagle Laser Engraving can engrave with the utmost precision, small parts which have a limited engraving-area. Our high-precision capabilities allow for engraving in those tight locations, where it is impossible to engrave by mechanical or other conventional methods.
Larger-Parts: Eagle Laser Engraving can engrave large parts, up to (36"H x 26"W x 24"L). Our CNC controlled Laser Engraver has a far greater range of travel compared to most other laser engraving machines available. The greater travel-range is made possible by a (3-AXIS) marking head, a most unique and special feature. Conventional laser-making machinery use a table which moves around a marking head.
Multiple-Parts: Eagle Laser Engraving has the capability for (high-volume) output by being able to engrave multiple parts in large groups, rather than engraving multiple parts individually. By laying out and fixturing parts in groups of multiple numbers, laser engraving can be done efficiently, accurately, and with less time spent between parts.
All Types of Metals and Materials: While most other available laser-makers are powered by only (60 Watts), Eagle Laser Engraving uses a (90 Watt) engraving machine capable of engraving MOST types of metals, both at high speed and with precision depths. Our machine also has the capability to engrave some plastics and most composite materials.
Clarity and Depth: Eagle's precision and powerful laser-engraving machine allow for clarity. The above parts were engraved with a deep mark, then electropolished. Even after the electropolishing process, the clarity and precision of the Eagle laser-mark is not compromised.
Circumferential Marking: Eagle's (90 Watt) YAG laser-engraver also has a 4-AXIS shell-marking capability. This allows for parts that are round, tubular, or disk-like shape, to be marked along their entire circumference with the same precision and clarity as a flat surface.
