NPT Fittings
CTL-SMA Series lock-lever ring lid with 2” FNPT and 1/2” FNPT fittings welded, ground, and polished.

Mixer Adapter
4” TC fitting welded at 10 degrees for tri-clamp mixer-connection to create optimal mixing vortex.

Clamp-Down Cover
CTH Series clamp-down cover with 3/4”, 4”, and 2” tri-clamp connections. Fittings welds are ground and polished and at differing heights to allow space for heavy-duty clamps.

Probe Ports
Bioreactor with Ingold fittings welded onto side. To monitor:

• Dissolved Oxygen

Dome-Cover
Dome-cover has two 3” tri-clamp fittings and four 1” tri-clamp fittings welded straight up. Whether tri-clamp, Swagelock, or Ingold fittings, all welds are ground, polished, and seamless, without pits or crevices.

CTH Container
CTH Series Container shown here is connected to a peristaltic pump and has a biomixer mounted on top. Other items include a sightglass, sterile air filter which filters air pumped out and drawn in, and a container stand. Sample valve.

NPT Fittings
CTL-SMA Series Container shown with threaded NPT fittings welded onto container lid and sides. As with tri-clamp fittings, all NPT welds are highly polished, smooth, and completely seamless. Threaded fittings allow for the use of items such as the toggle-valve pictured, to be used with our containers and bottles.

Mixer Mount
The CTL-SMA Series 565 Container shown is another example of Eagle Stainless’ precision welding capabilities. 3” TC fitting welded to the container lid stands at a 10 degree angle and has clamped onto it a pneumatic mixer. Welding the fitting at 10 degrees allows optimal mixing.

Tri-Clamp Fittings
The CTH-SMA Series Container here has a wide array of fittings welded onto it; two 4” TC fittings on the side, one 4” TC fitting welded on the lid, one .75” TC fitting on the lid, and one 1" TC fitting on the bottom.

Stands
The CTH-43 container with custom stand. KM-43 dolly-pan has 36” stainless legs with braces at the bottom for strength and stability. Dolly-pan also has hole cut at center I.D. for container’s bottom fitting, allowing for optimal gravity drainage.
