The STB Series bottles have tri-clamp openings and are supplied with a 316L SS endcap, 304 SS two-segment heavy-duty clamp and platinum-cured silicone gasket offering an air/water-tight seal.
The series is designed for stability studies where storage of the sample in stainless steel is required. The 316L stainless steel bottles and endcaps are machined from certified solid-bar 316L stainless steel. Heat/lot numbers are laser engraved on each bottle, and traceability/certifications are available for all stainless steel lots.
The STB series are available in a wide range of sizes, from 1 mL to 750 mL. The 10 RA or better electropolished interior finish and radiused interior create an incredibly smooth, easy-to-clean, sanitary surface, making these an excellent choice for your 316L Pharmaceutical Bottles.
Optional features are available: fill or vent tubes added to endcap, choice of 304, 317L stainless steel, Hastelloy or other materials upon request, gasket choices of EPDM, PTFE, BUNA-N, Viton, or other materials upon request.
The BTB Series bottles have a large tri-clamp opening (2”, 3”, or 4”) for optimal access to bottle contents and easy cleaning of the interior. They offer a 316L SS endcap, 304 SS two-segment heavy-duty clamp and platinum-cured silicone gasket as a standard feature, for an air/water-tight solution for your pharmaceutical processing and storage needs.
Heat/lot numbers are laser engraved on each bottle, and traceability/certifications are available for all stainless steel lots. Both the stainless bottles and endcaps are manufactured from 316L stainless steel. The interior has a 10 Ra standard finish and includes passivation as a standard feature, providing increased corrosion resistance and durability for repeated sanitation and reuse or long-term storage.
Optional features are available: electropolished finish, 316L stainless steel solid-bar handles on BTB-27H, BTB-27, BTB-21, and BTB-16, choice of gasket materials including EPDM, Viton, PTFE, BUNA-N and other materials, and custom modifications such as tri-clamp connections and NPT fittings.
The PSF Series clamp top bottles have a 1.5” or 2.0” tri-clamp opening, with a 316L SS endcap, 304 SS two-segment heavy-duty clamp and platinum-cured silicone gasket. The series offers an air/water-tight design, making this a spill-proof choice for your 316L stainless steel pharmaceutical bottles. They are designed for processing and storage.
